- General Manager ( Medical Services) , Age : 50 years, Pay Scale : Rs. 8250-300-10050, Qualification : Candidate should be M.B.B.S. and M.D. in Pharmacology having 20 years experience out of which 10 years should be in a senior managerial position in Medical Services in Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Deputy General Manager (Manufacturing), Age : 50 years, Pay Scale : Rs. 7500-300-9900, Qualification : Graduate / Post graduate in Pharmacy / Chemical Engineering / Bio- Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology with experience of 15 years out of which 5 years should be in a senior managerial position in manufacturing in Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Dy. General Manager (Finance), Age : 50 years, Pay Scale : Rs. 7500-300-9900, Qualification : CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) with 15 years experience in Accounts, Finance, Costing, Budgeting and Corporate planning functions.
- Dy. General Manager (Marketing), Age : 50 years, Pay Scale : Rs. 7500-300-9900, Qualification : Graduate in Science / Pharmacy preferably with a post graduate degree in Business Management / Marketing Management with experience of 15 years.
