Nagar Nigam, Lucknow invites application for the following posts on contractual basis from organisations which are empannaled in IRMA (Independent Reviewing & Monitoring Agency) by MoUD, Govt. of India and inviduals under the JNNURM to establish Project implementation Unit (PIU) :
- Information Technology Officer : 01 post, Qualification : Bachelor's/ Master Degree in one of the following streams/ BE/B.Tech. Computer Science/ Electronic/ Information Science/ MCA/ M.Sc. Computer Science/ B.Sc. Computer Science with professional certifications and/or 2+ years of relevant IT work experience/ Other graduate/post graduate with professional certificaton and/or3+years of relevant IT work experience. Candidate with professional certificatons in addition to degree will be preferred./ 2 to 3 years experience in installation and managing IT systems.
- Municipal Finance Officer : 01 post Qualification : The incumbant should be from a finance/commerce background. Should be a CA or Cost Accountant or MBA with specialisation in Finance. should have 5-10 years experience in handling fincial matters of Government Agency/ Development Authority/Public sector and should be conversant with accounting or an equal basis. Experience in working of municipal environment would be an added advantage.
- Public Health Engineer : 01 post, Qualification : BE/B.Tech./ME/M.Tech. Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering OR BE/B.Tech./ME/M.Tech./ Environmental Engineering. Experience of design and implementation of STP/WTP/SWP. Minimum 5 yers of experience would be preferred.
- Social and Community Development Officer : 01 post, Qualification : Incumbant should be a qualified sociologist/social worker from an institution of repute, preferable with some hands-on training with development communication. Should have 5 years experience in programme delivery in services, particularly to undeserved section of the society, preferable in urban areas, with adequate experience experience in social audit.
- Urban Planning Officer : 01 post, Qualification : Master's degree in Planning with specialisation in Urban and Regional Planning or Infrastructure Planning with 3-4 year experience or Bachelors degree in planning with at least 7 year experience.
- Procurement Officer : 01 post, Qualification : Professional expertise in establishing and operation system for external audit and CAG audit. Minimum 5 years experience in the financial and administrative management, monitoring and reporting of multiply consultancy projects.
- Human Resource Development Officer : 01 post, Qualification : Should posses a post graduation qualification in Personnel Management. About 5 years of experience in the above mentioned areas.
- Environment Officer : 01 post, Qualification : BE/B.Tech./ME/M.Tech. Civil Engineering Chemical Engineering with certification course in Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Management./ Bachelores/Masters degree in other fields with post graduation Environmental Management. Experience in design and operation of STP/WTP/SWP. Minimum 5 years of experience.
