- Director (Personnel and Administration ) : Graduation Preferably MBA with specialisation in Personnel Management or equivalent, Pay Scale : Rs.22400-24500/-
- Director (Distribution) : B.Tech. or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical (MBA will be added advantage), Pay Scale : Rs.22400-24500/-
Minimum Experience: At least 15 years work experience (with 5 years experience in a medium to large organisation at senior management levels) in Power sector. Internal candidates applying for the post of Director must have worked at least on the post of General Manager/CE and for for the post of director Personnel and Managing Director must have worked on the posts of Chief General Manager
Tenure of Appointment : Tenure of appointment for the above posts will be of 3 years. The maximum age as on 1st January 2009 should not be more than 59 years.
