Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand Ltd. (PTCUL) is responsible for undertaking Projects for construction of Transmission network, Operating and Maintaining Transmission network & SLDC in the State of Uttarakhand & has ambitious plans of building integrated Transmfssion network in the State. Applications are invited from eligible Indian Nationals for appointment to the following positions in Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand Ltd.
  • Dy. General Manager (Accounts) : 01 Post (SC Category) (Code F&A: 01), Pay Scale : Rs.16400-450-20000, Age Limit: 50 years, Qualification : Chartered Accountant / ICWA, with at least 12 years relevant post-qualification experience (after relaxation) at a fairly senior or middle level in the field of Finance / Accounts functions in a medium to large size organization. CS/ LLB will be an advantage. He/ She will be responsible for managing corporate accounts including preparationof Balance Sheet and P&L Accounts, besides taking care of all Budget, Audit and MIS related activities. The departmental candidate (working in PTCUL) having requisite qualifications with 9 years of experience of Accounts activities in different positions outof which 5 years corporate working experience may also apply.
  • Deputy Chief Accounts Officer : 01 Post (General Category) (Code F&A: 02), Pay Scale Rs. 14300-400.18300, Age Limit: 45 years, Qualification : Chartered Accountant / ICWA, with at least 12 years of relevant post qualification experience at a fairly senior or middle level in the field of Finance/Accounts functions in a medium to large size organization. CS/ LLB will be an advantage. He/ She will be responsible for managing Treasury, Budget, MIS, Commercial Work and Stores Accounts at Corporate Office and Field Unit. The departmental candidate (workingi n PTCUL) having requisite qualifications with 9 years of experience of Accounts activities in different position out of which 4years corporate working experience may also apply.
  • Account Officer: 01 Post (General Category) (CodeF&A: 03), Pay Scale: Rs. 8550-275-13500, Age Limit : 40 years, Qualification : Chartered Accountant/ ICWA with 4 year post qualification experience of Chartered Accountant (inter)/ ICWA (Inter)/ MBA(Finance) with 7 years post qualification experienceat a fairly senior or middle level in the field of Finance/ Accounts functions in a medium to large size organization. CS / LLB will be an advantage. The experience should be in Treasury management, Budget, MIS, Commercial Work and Store Accounts at Corporate Office and Field Unit. The departmental candidate (working in PTCUL) havingr equisite qualifications with 2years post qualification experience in Accounts activities in case of CA/ICWA and 5 years post qualification experience in case of CA (Inter)/ ICWA (lnter)/ MBA(Finance).
  • Dy. General Manager (HR) : 01 Post (General Category) (CodeHR: 01), Pay Scale : Rs.16400-450-20000, Age Limit: 50 years, Qualification : The incumbent's responsibilities would cover career development, manpower planning, recruitment, salary and wage administration and establishment matters etc. Candidates must have a post-graduate degree or diploma in Personnel Management/ Social Work. LLB would be an advantage. The candidate should have a minimum of total 15 years post qualification experience out of which 6 years at senior/ middle management levels in medium tolarge size organization The departmental candidate (working in PTCUL) having requisite qualifications with 12 years of experience of HR activities in differen tpositions out of which 5 years corporate working experience may also apply.
  • Deputy Chief Personal Officer : 01 Post (General Category) (Code HR : 02), Pay Scale : Rs. 14300-400-183oo, Age Limit: 45 years, Qualification : Candidate should have exposure to various functions in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations in a comparable position in a fairly medium to large organization. He/she should have the ability to handle various functional matters independently and must have good communication skills. Candidates must have a post-graduate degree or diploma in Personnel Management / Social Work. LLB would be an added advantage. The candidate should have a minimum of total 12 years post qualification experience out of which 6 years at executive levels in medium to large size organization.   • Sr. Personnel Officer: 01 Post (General Category) (Code HR : 03), Pay Scale : Rs.10650-325-15200, Age Limit: 45 years, Qualification : Candidate should have exposure to various functions in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations in a comparable position in a fairly medium to large size organization. He/she should have the ability to handle various functional matters independently and must have good communication skills. Candidates must have a post-graduate degree or diploma in Personnel Management / Social Work. LLB would be an added advantage. The candidate should have a minimum of total 10 years post qualification experience out of which 2 years at executive levels in medium to large size organization.   • Personnel Officer: 02 Post (General-1,SC-1,Category) (CodeHR:04), Pay Scale : Rs. 8550-275-13500, Age Limit: Gen-40, SC-45 years, Qualification : Candidate should have exposure to various functions in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations in a comparable position in a fairly medium to largesize organization. He/she should have the ability to handle various HR functional matters independently and must have good communication skills. Candidates must have a post-graduate degree or diploma in Personnel Management/ Social Work. LLB would be an added advantage. The candidate should have a minimum of total 8 years post qualification experience out of which 2 year at executive levels in medium to large size organization. The departmental candidate(working in PTCUL) having requisite qualifications with 5 years of experience of HR activities in different positions out of which 2 years corporate working experience may also apply.
  • Assistant Law Officer: 01 Post (General Category) (CodeLegal: 01), Pay Scale: Rs.6500-200-10500-250-11000, Age Limit: 45 years, Qualification : The incumbent's responsibilities would include dealing with all legal matters pertaining to the Corporation including representing PTCUL in a Court of law, preparation and documentation of all legal cases and managing all legal information. Applicants should be Graduate in law. Candidates with a Post Graduate Degree in law will have an advantage. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in legal matters with exposure to
    commercial, labour laws regulatory matters. The departmental candidate (working in PTCUL) having requisite qualification with 3 years of experience of legal matters may also apply. Relaxation in upper age limit of 5 years applicable to departmental candidate.
  • Manager (IT) : 01 Post (General Category)(Code IT: 01), Pay Scale : Rs.10650-325-152oo, Age Limit: 45 years, Qualification : The incumbent would be responsible for implementation of complete IT infrastructure in the company having offices and substations spread over the entire state in a time bound manner. The responsibilities will include implementation of Corporate Services, Linux and Windows Server management, ORACLE DBA, Web Server Management and Hardware/ Software/ Network, Trouble Shooting. Person having experience in implementing complete IT infrastructurein a large/ medium organization will be given preference. The candidate should beB.Tech / Graduate in Computer/Computer Science or MCA from a reputed institute. A Post Graduate Degree or additional qualifications like MSP, CCNP will be an advantage. The candidates should have a minimum of total 12 years postq ualification experience out of which 3 years at middle management level in web applications ,Internet installation & management, Hardware maintenance and ERP implementation.
  • Deputy General Manager Legal (Company Secretary) : 01 Post (General Category)Code: CS:01), Pay Scale: Rs. 16400-450-20000, Age Limit: 50 years, Qualification : The Candidate should be qualified in Company Secretariship with LLB/ LLM having at least 15 years of relevant experience. He/ She will be Company Secretary Designate with additional responsibility to manage all legal matters pertaining to the corporation including representing PTCUL in a court of Law. CERC UERC etc. preparation and documentation of all legal cases and managing all legal infonnation. The Candidate should have exposure to electrical commercial and labour laws.
