STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION
Staff Selection Commission wil hold on 08/10/2006 and open competitive examination for recruitment to the post of Tax Assistant (in the pay scale of $s. 4000-6000 group 'C' non gazetted) for filling up vacancies in various Commissionerates of Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) and Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC).
Number of Vacancies : Approximately 40 vacancy
Age Limit: 20-27 years as on 11/08/2006 (not born erlir than 12/08/1979 and not later than 11/08/1986). Ususal age relaxation to SC/st/obc/ph/eXs etc. as per Govt. orders.)
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in any dicipline from any recognised Unviersity
- Should posses Data Entry speed of 8000 key Depressions per hour on Computer.
Fee: Rs. 100/- No fee for SC/ST/PH and Ex-Serviceman
Closing Date: Last date for filling of the application is 11/08/2006 (5PM) and 18/08/2006 for candidates in remote areas.
