Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)
UPSC invites application on prescribed forms by 16/10/2008 (23rd October, 2008 for the candidates from far flung areas) for various posts in various Government of India Ministries and Departments in the prescribed format. The post are :
- Assistant Professors (Anaesthesia) Specialist Gr. II of CHS (Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre) : 09 posts (ST-2, OBC-5, UR-2) in Health & FW Ministry, Pay Scale : Rs. 10000-15200+NPA, Age : 45 years, Qualification : Recognised Medical qualification (ii) Post Graduate degree in concerned speciality.
- Public Health Specialists, Specialist Gr. II of CHS (Public Health Specialist Sub-Cadre) : 03 posts (OBC-1, UR-2) in Health & FW Ministry, Pay Scale : Rs. 10000-15200+NPA, Age : 45 years, Qualification : Recognised Medical qualification (ii) Post Graduate degree/ diploma in public health.
- Assistant Directors of Training (Mechanical) : 09 post (SC-1, ST-1, OBC-3, UR-4) in Labour Ministry, Pay Scale : Rs. 8000-13500/- , Age : 35 years, Qualification : Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technology or equivalent. 2 years experience.

Fee payable is Rs.50/- in the shape of Central Recruitment Fee Stamp only.
