  • MARKETING EXECUTIVES (Grade.2) (For posting at Regional offices spread all over the country on tenure for 5 years extendable on satisfactory performance) , Pay Scale : Rs. 8600-250-14600 , Qualification : Must have an engineering degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Telecommunication from a recognised university with MBA in Marketing from a recognised school of business / institute of repute. Candidates having experience in Marketing area will be preferred. , Age : Below 30 years (relaxable by 5 years for SC /ST / Physically Challenged, Ex-Service Personnel and 3 years for OBCs [Non-Creamy layer] in accordance with the instructions of central Govt.
  • SCIENTIST / MATHEMATICIAN (Grade.2) (For posting at R&D, Bangalore on tenure for 5 years extendable on satisfactory performance), Pay Scale : Rs.8600-250-14600 , Qualification : Masters degree in Mathematics from any recognized university with minimum 70% marks. Additional qualification in Computer Science will be preferred. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of regular teaching experience in an institution of repute after completing Masters degree. Should be fully conversant with conputerized environment including programming in software using Visual Basic, C, C++ languages, Age : Below 30 years (relaxable by 5 years for SC /ST / Physically Challenged, Ex-Service Personnel and 3 years for OBCs [Non-Creamy layer] in accordance with the instructions of central Govt
  • Deputy General Manager - Finance (Grade.7) , Pay Scale : Rs.17500-400-22300/-, Qualification : Pass in Final Examination of CA/ICWA OR MBA-FINANCE (Full time regular course of two years duration) from a recognized Institution / University, Age : Below 50 years for Gr.7 (Relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST / Physically Challenged, Ex-Service Personnel and 3 years for OBCs [Non-Creamy layer] in accordance with the instructions of Central Govt.
  • ASST.MANAGER – FINANCE (GR.3) (On Tenure for 5 years (Extendable on satisfactory performance & requirement of the Company), Pay Scale : Rs.10750-300-16750/- , Qualification : Pass in CA / ICWA / MBA- Finance (With regular full time course of 2 years) with 3 years post qualification experience.
  • FINANCE EXECUTIVE - (Gr. 2) (On Tenure for 5 years (Extendable on satisfactory performance & the requirement of the company) , Pay Scale : Rs. 8600-250-11460/-, Qualification : Pass in CA / ICWA / MBA- Finance.
  • ASST.FINANCE EXECUTIVE (On contract for 3 years (Extendable on satisfactory performance & Company’s requirement), Pay : Consolidated remuneration of Rs.7000/- per month in the first year, Rs.7200/- and Rs.7400/- during the 2nd and 3rd year respectively, Qualification : Pass in Inter CA / ICWA. On satisfactory performance and completion of 3 years in the Company, they will be fixed at the minimum of the basic in the pay scale of Rs.6550-200-11350
  • Deputy General Manager – HR (Grade 7), Pay Scale Rs.17500-400-22300 , Qualification : Must have Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / MBA with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognized University / institute of repute. Degree in Law will be preferred., Age : Below 50 years
  • Assistant Manager–HR (Grade-3), Pay Scale Rs.10750-300-16750/- , Qualification : Must have Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / MBA with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognized University / institute of repute. Degree in Law will be preferred., Age : Below 35 years
  • Executive – HR (Grade-2) , Pay Scale Rs.8600-250-14600/- , Qualification : Must have Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / MBA with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognized University / institute of repute. Degree in Law will be preferred., Age : Below 30 years
  • Public Relations : (Chief Manager-Public Relations (Grade.6) , Pay : Rs.16000-400-20800/-, Manager – Public Relations(Grade.5) , Pay : Rs.14500-350-18700/-, Dy.Manager – Public Relations (Grade.4), Pay : Rs.13000-350-18250/-), Qualification : Must have a Degree in any discipline with a Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma in Public Relations / Journalism / Mass Communication / Advertising [ full time course of 2 years duration] from a recognized Institution / University., Age : Below 45 years for Gr.6, 42years for Gr.5 & 40 years for Gr.4
  • Manager – Security (Grade.5) : Pay Scale : Rs.14500-350-18700/-, Qualification : Must be a graduate with minimum of 9 years experience as Commissioned / Gazetted officer in the Armed forces / para- Military forces / Police Organizations / Industrial Organizations etc. Should have adequate knowledge on Industrial security, Intelligence work. Persons having training or experience in Fire fighting will have an added advantage, Age : Below 42 years, relaxable by 5 years for SC /ST / Physically Challenged, Ex- Service Personnel and 3 years for OBCs in accordance with the instructions of central Govt.
  • OFFICER – FIRE FIGHTING (GRADE.2) , Pay Scale : Rs.8600-250-14600/-, Qualification : Must be a BE (FIRE) from National Fire Service College (NFSC) Nagpur with minimum of 2 years experience in any Fire fighting organization / Establishment OR A Pass in graduate examination in Fire Engineering conducted by Institution of Fire Engineer (India), New Delhi with 5 years of experience OR Advance Diploma in Fire Engineering / Divisional Officer course or Diploma in Fire Engineering / Station Officer cum Instructor course from NFSC, Nagpur / FSTI (CISF / MHA ), Hyderabad with 5 years experience. AGE : Below 30 years, relaxable by 5 years for SC /ST / Physically Challenged, Ex-Service Personnel and 3 years for OBCs in accordance with the instructions of central Govt.
  • Officer – Official Language (Grade.2) , Pay : Rs.6550-200-11350/-, Qualification : Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate with Hindi as a compulsory / elective subject or as medium of examination at Degree / PUC. A Diploma / Certificate from an Institution of repute in translation from Hindi to English and Vice-Versa will be an added advantage, Age : Below 30 years relaxable by 5 years for SC /ST / Physically Challenged, Ex-Service Personnel and 3 years for OBCs
  • Assistant Officer – Official Language (Grade.1) , Pay : Rs.6550-200-11350/-, Qualification : Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate with Hindi as a compulsory / elective subject or as medium of examination at Degree / PUC. A Diploma / Certificate from an Institution of repute in translation from Hindi to English and Vice-Versa will be an added advantage, Age : Below 28 years relaxable by 5 years for SC /ST / Physically Challenge Ex-Service Personnel and 3 years for OBCs
