Recruitment of temporary Asstt. Sub-Inspector (Stenographer), Head Constable (Ministerial) and Constable (Driver) in Delhi Police - 2006
Applications from Indian Nationals are invited to fill up the following vacancies in Delhi Police whose names are registered with any Employment Exchange of Delhi for the posts mentioned at Sl. No. 1 & 2 and with any State/U.T. Employment Exchange for the post mentioned at Sl. No. 3 at the time of submitting application form in the following category:-
- ASI (Stenographer) (Spl. Rectt. Drive) : 10 Posts (SC-03, ST-02, OBC-05) : Pay Scale : Rs. 4500-125-7000
- Head Constable (Ministerial) : 117 Posts (SC-03, ST-19, OBC-24) : Pay Scale : Rs. 3200-75-4900
- Constable (Driver) : 176 Posts (SC-14, ST-09, OBC-90) : Pay Scale : Rs. 3050-75-3950-80-4590

The application forms are obtainable in person from 03/10/2006 to 13/10/2006 between 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM on all working days at Prov. & Logistics, Old Police Lines, (Near Tis Hazari Courts), Rajpur Road, Delhi at a cost of Rs. 50/- and free of cost for SC/ST candidates & Ex-servicemen subject to production of an attested copy of caste/discharge certificate, issued by the competent authority. The duly filled Application Form should be put in the boxes kept at Prov. & Logistics, Old Police Lines, (Near Tis Hazari Courts), Rajpur Road, Delhi from 03/10/2006 to 13/10/2006 upto 4.00 PM daily and on 13/10/2006 upto 6.00 PM. No application form will be accepted by post/courier.
