Sports Authority of India wants to recruits Scientists and Research fellows for Netaji Subhash National Institute of Sports, Patiala and other SAI centres as per details given below :
- Junior Scientific Officer in Disciplines of Physiology, Biochemistry, Nutrition, Psychology, Qualification : Post graduation with first class in relevant Discipline (ii) Two years work/teaching/research experience , Desirable : Ph.D. in relevant discipline, Age : 35 years
- Junior Scientific Assistant in Disciplines of Physiology, Biochemistry, Biomechanics, Psychology, Qualification : B.A./B.Sc. with first class in relevant discipline, Desirable : M.A./M.Sc. in relevant discipline, h.D. in relevant discipline, Age : 25 years
- Research Fellow in Disciplines of Physiology, Training Methods (GTMT), Psychology, Anthropometery, Nutrition, Biomechanics, Qualification : M.A./M.Sc. with 55% marks in relevant discipline, Age : 30 years
The recruitment of JSOs and JSAs will be on contract basis for period of one year but likely to continue. Consolidate remuneration for JSO will be Rs.15000/- per month and JSA will be Rs.8000/- per month. The Research Fellowship stipend will be Rs.6000/- per month and contingency will be Rs.20000/- per annum.
Eligible candidates along with original documents and attested copies of date of birth and educational qualifications/marks sheet etc. along with a DD of Rs.50/- payable at State Bank of Patiala and in favour of E.D. (A), NSNIS, Patiala should appear for interview at the following Sports Authority of India centres on the date ant time given each:
- SAI East Center, Salt Lake, Kolkata : 24th October, 2007 at 11.00 AM
- SAI South Center, Kangeri, Bangalore : 30th Octorber, 2007 at 11.00 AM
