The Director, NIUM, invites applications for the following vacant posts to be filled on Short Term Contract Basis / Deputation / Direct Recruitment Basis.
- Gynaecologist/ Obstretrician : 01 post (On contract Basis for 2 years), Scale of Pay: Rs.8000-275-13500 + NPA. Age: 40 years. Essential: MBBS and MD / MS Degree in Gynaecology / Obstetrics OR DGO with 03 years experience in the speciality.
- Pathologist : 01 post (On contract Basis for 2 years),
Scale of Pay: Rs.8000-275-13500 + NPA. Age: 40 years. Essential: MBBS Degree and Diploma in Clinical Pathology. - Lecturer (Chemistry) : 01 post ( On Contract Basis for 2 years), Scale of Pay: Rs.8000-275-13500/-. Age: 40 years. Essential: M.Sc. Chemistry. Desirable: 1. 02 years experience in the Analytical Research work on Unani / Herbal Drugs or in an Analytical Instrumentation Laboratory. OR 2. Ph. D. Degree in the relevant field.
- Pharmacognocist : 01 post (On Contract Basis for 2 years), Scale of Pay: Rs.8000-275-13500/-, Age: 40 years. Essential: M.Sc. in Botany OR M. Pharm. (Pharmacognosy) preferably with 02 years experience of research in the relevant field. Desirable: Ph.D. degree in related field.
- Laboratory Technician [Instrumentation]: 01 post ( – On Contract Basis for 2 years), Scale of Pay: Rs.5500-175-9000/-, Age: 35 years. Essential: 1. B.Sc. Degree with Physics and Chemistry or Electronics with experience of working in Instrumentation Laboratory OR 2. M.Sc. Degree (Physics, Chemistry or Electronics).
- Statistician : 01 post (On Contract Basis for 2 years),
Scale of Pay: Rs.5500-175-9000/-, Age: 35 years. Essential: Master’s Degree in Statistics with experience in statistical work involving collection, compilation, interpretation of statistical data preferably in the field of Medical & Health Statistics in a recognized Institution. - PA to Director : 01 post (UR) (Deputation / Direct Recruitment), Scale of Pay: Rs.5500-175-9000/-, Age: 30 years. Essential: Bachelor’s degree from recognized University with a prescribed speed of 40 wpm in typing and 120 wpm in Shorthand in English along with Computer Course. Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi / Urdu. Deputation: Employees of the Central / State Govt. / Autonomous Organization / PSU’s in the same scale or with 05 years regular service in the scale of Rs. 4000-6000.
- Assistant : 02 posts (UR) – (Deputation / Direct Recruitment), Scale of Pay: Rs.4500-125-7000, Age: 30 years. Essential: Graduate in any discipline. Knowledge of Computers. Deputation: Persons working on analogous posts or persons working in the scales of Rs. 4000-6000 with 05 years service and experience of working in Establishment Section.
