CSIR is looking for dynamic and motivated R&D professionals for filling up 35 positions of Scientist H/ Outsanding Scientist in cutting-edge areas of research and development to lead and build centres of excellence in its national Labs./ Institutes, in the pay scale of Rs.37400-67000 with Grade Pay of Rs.12000 in PB-4 Pay Band plus allowances.
Qualification : Ph. D. in any area of Science/ Social Science or M.Tech./ME/ M.V.Sc./MD/ Health/ Medical Sciences.
Desirable : Ph.D. in Engineering or Health/Medical Scineces (ii) National/International recognition like awards, fellowships of Academics, visiting Fellow/Professor.
Experience : Minimum 15 years of experience in Research and Development in nationat/ International R&D /academic laboratory/ institution including corporate R&D. (2) Shouild have position at Scientist-F/G/Professor level in Government/statutory/autonomous institutions/ universities or equivalent in non-government institutes with outstanding academic records.
Age : miniumum 45 years.
